Stallholder Application Form

To celebrate Day 3 of our 12 Days of Christmas Giveaways! Club Central Menai will be hosting a spectacular Family Market Fair Day on Saturday 15 December 10am – 2pm. If you have a market stall, we encourage you to get involved and participate! It will be stocking filling central

Where: Club Central Menai – Gandangara Function Rooms
When: Saturday 15 December 2018
Time: 10am – 2pm
Cost: FREE

Stallholders will be allocated 3 x trestle tables in a ‘U’ formation, which will act as your designated stall site. There will be limited powered stall sites available. If you do require a powered site, please state so within the “product list” section of the application and why power is needed. All products, posters, banners and promotional material MUST stay within the boundaries of the stall. Stallholders will be permitted access to set-up at 9am and it is the responsibility of the stallholder to remove items immediately after the event. Club Central Menai will not be responsible for items left behind by stall holders or stolen.

Complete the application form and attach supporting documents. Applications must be received by the close date, Monday 3 December 2018. Successful applicants will be notified via email.

Please ensure you outline ALL items you will be selling on the day. You will be prohibited from selling any items not specified prior to the event.
ALL stallholders applicants must hold a current, valid Public Liability Insurance. Food Stallholders are required to sell safe and suitable food in accordance with the NSW Food Act 2003 (the Act), which also mandates compliance with the national Food Standards Code (the Code). Of particular relevance for temporary events are parts 1.2 (labelling) and 3.1.1, 3.2.2 and 3.2.3 (food safety standards) of the Code, which can be accessed at www.foodstandards.gov.au.
